  • With our End Users and Licensees (Business Contacts only): We share Business Contacts stored in our B2B Database with our End Users and Licensees, for the purpose of providing our Services and allowing access to authentic, current, and up to date business contact information. 
  • Within Giveme.contact or our Payment Partner: We may share your information within Giveme.contact. To the extent permitted by law and taking into account the protection of your rights and freedoms with respect to the processing of your Data, and the consent you have given (if any), your Data will only be accessible by a limited and defined number of recipients within Giveme.contact (such as employees) or our Payment Partner. 

Please be assured that such access to your Data will be strictly on a “need to know” basis and will be subject to our internal privacy policy and an obligation of confidentiality.

  • With our service providers: Your Data will generally not be disclosed to recipients outside Giveme.contact or our Payment Partner. In some cases, however, Giveme.contact uses external service providers acting on its behalf under contracts that will include strict data protection obligations. 

In particular, we will provide your Data to service providers or suppliers as part of our normal business operations. Such service providers include (i) hosting services providers, (ii) data analytics providers, (iii) payment processors, and (iv) security services providers.

Your personal information is contained behind a cloud-based (name) secured network that is only accessible by persons with special privileges and who are required to keep the information confidential. Encryption (SSL) is employed whenever communicating your personal information.
Giveme.contact does not access, capture or manage credit card information without you confirmation. GiveMeConatct and its Users are under obligations stipulated by GDPR. GDPR – means Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation). Giveme.contact declares that information is collected in a legal way and from public sources.

5. Deleting your account and data

If you’re a user of our service, you can log in to permanently destroy your account.

If your are not our client, and wish to edit the data about you and your company, please send request via email feature to get full control over it. You can delete all your data directly.

This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time due to the implementation of new technologies, laws’ requirements or for other purposes.
